Sex Toys Are Good For The Body, Will Become A Doctor’s Prescription

American urologists believe that vibrators as sex toys can also help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Not only is this vibrator fun in bed, it can be very beneficial. According to American Urologists, studies have shown that the sex toy can help strengthen pelvic floor muscles and incontinence problems.

In an article on the website of The Journal of urology, a prestigious scientific journal among urologists, experts wonder if it’s time to prescribe vibrators for certain urinary problems.

Currently, few studies on vibrators have shown positive effects. But, in addition to helping improve a woman’s sexual experience and “positively correlated with increased libido,” the article said the sex toy also improved pelvic floor muscle strength and helped with urinary incontinence.

However, urologists also write that vibrators have not been well researched so far. The doctors concluded: “Given the promising benefits shown in the article, more research is needed on the vibrator’s utility. But we can already add it to our arsenal for treating pelvic floor disorders because They may be beneficial for pelvic health.”

The Dutch Association of Urology stated that the described treatment was not widely known in the Netherlands urology; neither was the Dutch Association of Pelvic Physiotherapy. Therefore, both Dutch associations will read this report carefully.
